EXTRAS SALES INFORMATION

 

Extras will be available once production of the pin is complete and presale buyers get their pins and have no issues with their product.

A time and date for extras, along with which grades are avaliable, will be posted on both The Antiquarian's IG feed and story.

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping should already be calculated in your checkout. This store is to be used only with USA and Canada orders. All orders are purchased through Paypal's Goods'Services, so both the buyer and seller is protected through their Buyer'Seller Protection Plan. If there are any issues due to shipping and transit, The Antiquarian can guide you in contacting the Post Office and resolving the issue. 

International buyers will have to purchase through Etsy shop.

Note: In The Antiquarian's Big Cartel shop, the shipping is increased when adding other items to make sure the shipping cost is covered. Anything remaining, will be refunded back to you. 

The Antiquarian is not responsible for packages going to the wrong address once label has been printed. Make sure to email them, should there have been in error, 24 hours, after purchasing! Email: [email protected]

 

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

 

Refunds and returns for sold pins are considered on a case-by-case basis. The Antiquarian will try to work with you with whatever issue occurs (i.e. A pin gets damaged during shipping, lost in transit etc.).

Returns/Exchanges are only avaliable for A-grade purchases if The Antiquarian has given a flawed pin by mistake. However, if pin once inspected ins't flawed by the standards The Antiquarian has in their FAQ, you will be refunded and charged a $5 dollar restocking fee.

Note: Please understand that not always will The Antiquarian be able to Exchange your A-Grade as the Pins are low LE and will not always have another A-Grade to replace your flawed pin. In this case, you'll be given choices by The Antiquarian to make up for it.


Note: Quality Check Grading varies by Creator. What The Antiquarian considers a flaw, another Creator might not. Do not compare The Antiquarian’s Grading policy with another Creator. You’re buying their pins and therefore at their grading method/policy. Read The Antiquarian’s Grading Policy to know what they consider a flaw in their QC standards. Thank you.
